At HONTRY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
